Fieles a los objetivos y proyectos expuestos por el GEXEL desde su fundación, la revista Sansueña pretende contribuir a la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica, cultural y literaria del exilio republicano español de 1939, tarea de evidentes implicaciones éticas y políticas. Junto a estas dimensiones, Sansueña busca promover las diferentes líneas de debate en torno a la producción de las culturas del exilio republicano de 1939. Por las propias características de este exilio, ello supone que nos interesan de modo central tanto las implicaciones de estas culturas exiliadas en el sistema literario peninsular como su condición transnacional, sus manifestaciones, adecuación y recepción en el conjunto de sistemas culturales de los distintos países de acogida.
Faithful to the objectives and projects presented by the GEXEL since its founding, Sansueña magazine aims to contribute to the rebuilding of the historical, cultural and literary memory of the Spanish Republican exile of 1939, a task with clear ethical and political implications. Alongside these dimensions, Sansueña seeks to promote the different lines of debate surrounding the production of the cultures of the 1939 Republican exile. Given the very characteristics of this exile, this means that we are crucially interested both in the implications of these exiled cultures in the Peninsula’s literary system and in their transnational status, their manifestations, adaptation and reception in all of the cultural systems of the different host countries.
